Chip Truck Driver – Tokoroa Based

• Class 5 and W endorsement requirement

Pedersen Kinleith Ltd has a vacancy for a Chip Truck Driver at the company’s operation at Kinleith. We seek applications from suitably qualified and experienced people interested in this full-time permanent shift position.

The duties of this role are the self-loading and delivery of chip to the Kinleith mill from our chipping plant. The hours of work are on a four-on-four off 12-hour shift roster with each swing consisting of 4 shifts 2-day shifts followed by 2-night shifts.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate previous experience and current competency in operating a truck and trailer unit, with experience in tipping. Experience in self-loading using a pivot Loader would be an advantage.  The holding of a class 5 licence and W endorsement is required for this role and assistance in obtaining w endorsement may be provided.
