Pedersen Kinleith Limited have a permanent night shift Fitter position available in our Chipping and Debarking division.
The hours of work for this role will be 4 twelve-hour shifts per week 6.00pm to 6.00am, Monday to Thursday.
This position on shift is accountable and responsible for the repair and maintenance of the chipping plant to ensure maximum uptime so that the production performance of the plant meets the requirements of the business.
The successful applicant for this position will be able to demonstrate
- Background in the Repair and maintenance of Heavy Industrial Equipment,
- Fabrication and welding competency,
- Computer Literacy,
- Reliability and confidence to be comfortable working unsupervised as part of the night shift production team.
Whilst working on shift you will be supported by the other members of the maintenance team when required.
