Pedersen Group is seeking to employ a Team Leader to join our Kinleith Operation.
The successful applicant, reporting to the Log Yard Supervisor, will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes
- Responsible and accountable for the Scaling teams Health and Safety compliance and adherence.
- Ability to motivate and lead the scaling team to ensure outcomes both Quality and Quantum are achieved consistently
- Responsible and accountable for team performance
Whilst a background in Forestry would be an advantage the key requirement of the position is to successfully lead a team of up to 9 employees on a daily basis.
The role is a full time role normally Monday to Friday but because the business is a 7 day a week operation some weekend work will be required.
Pedersen’s operate a drug and alcohol-free workplace and successful applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment Medical including drug and alcohol test prior to any position be offered.
